Challenges in Nursing and Midwifery ClinicalEducation

Abstract: Background:providing the training are the circumstances that learners can be given to information and knowledge as well as skills and abilities which gain their dominance in the field of science, the arts and skills.The aim of this study was to evaluate the challenges of Clinical education in nursing and midwifery. Methods:In this structured review, all studies conducted in the country during the years 2001 to 2019 using key words, clinical education, student education, nursing and midwifery students, nursing education, midwifery education, clinical nursing from the country's databases Including MagIran -Med Lib-SID-Iran Medex and all internal journals reviewed and data were analyzed using meta-analysis.Data were collected from selected articles. After collecting all the papers and searched, repetitive and irrelevant articles were excluded. Results:Based on the title and abstract, 215 articles were reviewed, out of which 93 were excluded due to lack of clinical education problems.123 articles were examined more precisely, out of which 104 articles did not directly refer to existing problems or examined issues in other fields. Finally, 19 articles were reviewed in this review. Conclusions:With ongoing changes in health care, training programs should also be changed to prepare nurses and midwivesServing as partners in providing services and shaping health care policies.
