Abstract: Triple negative second breast cancer (TNBC) - is a tumor, the cells of which contain the estrogen and progesterone receptors and do not have Her2 / neu amplification. This article is devoted to studies on the study of androgen receptors and their significance in TN breast cancer. The study of androgen receptors for more than 30 years, with the greatest results achieved recently. Determining the level of androgen receptors in a tumor in patients with breast cancer is a very relevant and promising direction in studying the prognosis of the disease and finding new additional approaches to endocrine therapy, especially with a basal-like molecular subtype. In this study, an IHC study of AR status in patients with TN BC was carried out and, based on the results, a mathematical model was created to determine its significance in predicting the outcome of the disease. The presence of AR in the tumor tissue has an important prognostic role, and also shows significance in the pathogenesis of breast cancer, this will highlight an additional group of patients with breast cancer with the aim of selecting individual therapy with the inclusion of androgenic antitumor therapy in treatment regimens. With the help of this research, the diagnostic algorithm for TNBC was improved, including the obligatory determination of AR status using IHC diagnostics and the proposed prognostic model based on the statistical and mathematical analysis of the significance of determining androgen receptors in predicting the outcome of the disease in patients with chronic breast cancer. The presence and detection of androgen receptors (AR) by IHC breast cancer cells during IHC expression opens up prospects for the development of targeted therapy for this type, taking into account the presence or absence of androgen receptors.
