To study the relationship of dietary habits and physical activity with BMI in Medical students

Abstract: Background: Obesity is increasing day by day in adults which increases the risk of high b.p, stroke and cancer. Objectives: To study the dietary habits, learn about their physical activity and calculate BMI by measuring height and weight Methodology: It is a cross - sectional study which is done in an institutional setup and using structured questionnaire. Anthropometric measures will be taken. Results: I expect from the following study that more will be the physical exercise and healthy dietary habits the bmi will be low and the student will be healthy and chances of suffering from diseases in future will decrease and vice versa. Conclusion: Conclusion will be drawn when expected outcomes will be received.
