Neuromuscular activation using the “exarta” suspended system in rehabilitation of patients after a stroke. YAKUTKHON

Author: YAKUTKHON MADJIDOVA, MAKHMUDJON BAKHRAMOV, OLGA KIM, OYBEK BUSTONOV, TULKIN TADJIYEV
Abstract: The neuromuscular activation method using the Exarta suspension system allows you to effectively restore optimal motor activity, relieve pain, with a gradual increase in load. Unstable support gives dynamic stability to joints, stimulates mechanoreceptors and enriches motor development programs. Three-dimensional training combines movements in all planes, forming functional motor stereotypes, improving coordination, balance and a sense of one's own body.
Keyword: neuromuscular activation, suspension system, Exarta, rehabilitation, stroke, neurology, motor disorders, recovery, biomechanics, biofeedback.
