The osteoporosis women in the intervention group had a 50% Become osteopenia (6 women). The women had juice of Chinese cabbage and key lime for 7 weeks that Increased bone mass density at 17.5% (t = 3.22, p = 0.003). Conclusion: Juice of Chinese cabbage and key lime every 2 days for 7 weeks Effectively increases bone mass density in premenopasal and menopasal women aged 40-60 years.
