The article presents the results of the analysis of the species composition of naturally growing medicinal plants in the Dondyztau natural conditions and their ranking. The result of floristic analysis found out that 93 species of medicinal plants belonging to 70 genera and 27 families grow on the territory of Dongyztau chink. The leading families in this area are Asteraceae, Amaranthaceae, Fabaceae, Brassicaceae, Apiaceae, Caryophyllaceae, Boraginaceae and Polygonaceae.
