Immunocorrection of patients with polytrauma depending on the facial region injury.

The objective of this work was the immunocorrection of patients with polytrauma depending on the trauma of the facial zone. In this study a complex examination of 43 patients with polytrauma of facial skeleton bones (PTFS) was carried out, who were admitted in emergency after the trauma. The age of the patients was from 18 to 67 years old, 29 of them were men and 14 were women. All patients received first aid in the emergency department with the participation of a neurosurgeon, otorhinolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, surgeon, resuscitator and they were hospitalized in the neurosurgery department, maxillofacial surgery department. Patients underwent clinical, X-ray, computed tomography, multispiral computed tomography (MSCT) and immunological examinations. These positive changes in the monitoring of treatment allow us to conclude that the use of immunocorrection in patients with PTFSB from the middle zone of the face leads to a decrease in the risk of postoperative complications of polytrauma.
