Author: , INDIAMINOV SAYIT INDIAMINOVICH, SHOYIMOV SHUKRILLO UMURZOKOVICH
Abstract: Purpose of the study. To identify the features of the formation of injuries in children-pedestrians with a non-fatal car injury to solve the problems of forensic medical examination. Materials and research methods. The materials of the forensic medical examination of 302 children-pedestrians who were injured of varying severity in collisions with moving cars were studied and analyzed, the results of the analysis of 140 deaths of pedestrian children with a similar injury were also taken into account. The age of the victims is from 4 to 17 years. Conclusions. It was revealed that in children-pedestrians with this type of AT-non-fatal outcome, in the overwhelming majority of cases, combined head injury and fractures of the limb bones are formed. TBI in children is quite often accompanied by fractures of the bones of the vault and base of the skull. Fatal and non-fatal injuries are characterized by fractures of the femur, lower leg, and upper limb.
