Authentic Leadership as An Intermediary Variable the Relationship Between Learning Organization and Lecturer Performance

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to investigate Authentic Leadership as an intermediary variable the relationship between Learning Organization and lecturer performance. This was built with a survey research approach where the unit of analysis was lecturers in Indonesia. The research instrument was formed by operating procedures derived from the imitated formation and advances from previous research. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The research product is analyzed in descriptive and inferential form. The inferential description using the S.E.M rules is a Lisrel 8.8 coding software. The findings of different hypotheses including the variable structure model. This research product produces a positive relationship between the Learning Organization variable on Lecturer Performance and the authentic leadership variable has a positive relationship with the Learning Organization. The authentic leadership variable on the lecturer's performance and the authentic leadership variable on the lecturer performance variable through leadership had a negative relationship direction. The resulting research product illustrates the lack of literature where the scarcity of research in using authentic leadership mediating variables as a mediating variable between learning organizations and lecturer performance.
