| Abstract:

Digitalization in pharmaceutical industry has been an important step for its growth. Through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) automation involving machinery can be achieved leading to simplified operation to a great extent. Here in this paper, we mainly emphasise on the units & process involved in CPbPAT. The proposed model involves convergence of various compartment of both inter and intra units. Both Cyber and Physical system comes together to manufacture products with decision-making ability. In-process quality checks and RTRT checks are newest add-on to maintain quality throughout the product lifecycle. Involvement of PAT and QbD provides as a necessary knowledge acquiring process. Data management has dealt up by the data fogging, generating a compressed data to be stored in the cloud. An integrated multivariate approach to obtain a quality build product based on process and machine learning, though challenges have to be overcome for getting best benefit out of the system.
