Abstract: This paper provides a comparative analysis of the clinical and laboratory parameters of the moderate course of COVID-19 in Republic of Uzbekistan in March-April and October-November 2020 of the pandemic period. For the late stage of the pandemic, compared with the early stage, the most frequent clinical symptoms of the disease were weakness (92,4% and 85,0%), listlessness (88,6% and 6,25%), cough (81,0% and 68,7%), decreased appetite (61,0% and 18,7%), increased body temperature (50,6% and 38,7%), anosmia (34,2% and 11,2%), agenesis (38,0% and 12,5%), respectively. In 32,5% and 81,0% of the examined patients, respectively, the disease proceeded with lung damage (pneumonia). The incidence of pneumonia was higher in the group of patients receiving treatment in October-November 2020. Leukocytosis and an increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) were often (22,8% and 36,7%) observed in patients with bacterial communityacquired pneumonia.
