Any society determines its general policies based on its value system. The value system of any society determines the rightness or wrongness of the actions and behavior of the members of that society. A value system can be considered for an individual, group, organization or community based on the importance of the values. One of the main characteristics of values is that they are relatively stable. They are formed in the early years of life, and family, educational, and religious institutions play a key role in their formation. The aim of this study was Codification and Validation of The Indigenous Model of Human Resources’ Value Creation of The Holy Defense Commanders.
