Data analysis was conducted to determine the mean, percentage, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression analysis was also carried out. The results indicated that personal factors and spiritual intelligence influenced happy work life of registered nurses in Chonburi private hospitals. The multiple regression analysis of six factors revealed that patience and forgiveness could predict happiness of registered nurses in Chonburi private hospitals up to 55.7 % (p < .01).
