Abstract: This works deals with studying of the effect of immunomodulin and its combination with zinc on the spontaneous PHA-induced blast transformation T lymphocyte in the patients with chronic viral hepatitis B, as well as on the cytotoxic activity of the natural killers in the patients with colon cancer and healthy donors in vitro. The results showed that immunomodulin had moderate regulating effect on the spontaneous lymphocyte blast transformation in vitro. There was revealed co-stimulating effect of immunomudulin in the reaction of PHA-induced T-lymphocyte blast transformation. There was found reliable increase in membrane toxic function of natural killers in relation to target cells K-562 under the effect of immunomodulin after previous incubation of the preparation with effector cells. The biological effectivity of thymic peptides increased after zinc ions joint to them. The obtained data on sufficiently pronounced interferon-inducing properties of sanogen developed by us and its combinations with well-known inducers ?ycloferon and betaleikin can be used in the treatment of infectious diseases, especially viral hepatitis, on the combination of hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, immunomodulatory and disintegrating mechanisms, in the absence of toxicity and side effects, ensure the development of sanogenetical processes in the patient’s body.
