In Silico Studies of Some Derivatives of Aloe Vera

Abstract: Drug-likeness and pharmacokinetic properties of ten Aloe vera derivatives (1-10) was predicted using molinspiration software and swiss ADME online server. All these compounds were following Lipinski’s rule. Further these compounds were analysed for bioactivity score and pharmacokinetic properties. In these, compound 4 showed good bioactivity score and all the compounds (1-10) showed moderate pharmacokinetic properties.
