Author: D.DIVYA KALPANA, B. RAMADEVI, M.LAVANYA, P.VIJAYA DURGA, N.NARASIMHA RAO
Abstract: A person can only be recognized by their face, which is an essential component of their body. Face recognition technology can be used by using facial features as a biometric. Marking attendance is often the most difficult task. In the conventional attendance system, teachers call out of students, who are then registered as present or absent. To some conventional methods still it took some time and effort. The open cv-based approach to face identification has-been put out in project. In this process we can take an image as input and an algorithm to identifying faces from images which we are using as input. Identifying faces, recording attendance in an xl sheet, turning the xl sheet into a pdf file The system is trained using the faces of the permitted students to construct the training database. Following cropping, the photos are then placed in a database with the appropriate labels. Utilizing the LBPH method, the structures is involved.
