Diabetes Burnout Syndrome And Its Relationship To The Resiliency of Efficacy Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 Patients

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the correlation personal factors and resilience of efficacy with the Diabetes Burnout syndrom in Diabetes Mellitus Patients. Research method was correlational study with crossectional approach. The sample size of 150 respondents with purposive sampling. The instruments used questionnaires. Based on the result, the majority respondents included 51-60 years old, female ang long suffering from Diabetes Mellitus between 6 until 10 year. The result showed they have high category resilience of efficacy (52,7%), and the majority (58%) have low category Diabetes Burnout Syndrome. The results of research obtained, Diabetes Burnout syndrome have correlation with age (p=0,011), educational background (p=0,000), long suffering Diabetes Mellitus (p=0,045) and resilience of efficacy (p=0,041). There is a significant relationship between age, educational background, long suffering Diabetes Mellitus and resilience of efficacy with Diabetes Burnout Syndrome.
