THE EFFECT OFELEVATION TRAINING MASKS WITH HYPOXIC TRAINING ON SOME COMPONENTS OF BLOOD AND SOME BIOCHEMICAL VARIABLES FOR BASKETBALL PLAYERS

Author: OMAR SAAD AHMED, SAIF SAAD AHMED
Abstract: This research we have followed-up so many basketball games, study coaches views, interviewed the basketball trainers and teachers in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science where the research had taken place. We have noticed that there is the weakness in the ability of basketball players to endure the fast play for extended periods through using the traditional exercises. Also, it does not give a significant role to the practitioner in improving the player's achievement ability and raising their endurance level. The above issue led the researcher to use more advanced exercises using ETM with hypoxic and compare with the traditional way of training. Hypoxic excurses help to adapt some functions of the circulatory system to the highest loads of the players. Besides, it improves the level of functional efficiency, which we used to identify the impact of ETMwith hypoxic training on some biochemical variables in the research sample as well as identify the effect of ETMwith hypoxic training on some blood components in the study sample.
