Uterus didelphys is a condition due to a defect in the wall of the uterus, where the Mullerian ducts cannot fuse
together whereby two uterus and cervix arise. This condition is important due to the obstetrical complications . We
present a patient with a pregnancy in the right horn due to uterus didelphys after emergency cesarean section at the
32nd week of gestation.
