| Abstract:
|
Aselective , accurate and rapid spectrophotometric method was development for estimation sulfadiazine drug
depended on azo-Coupling reaction between SDZ and 1,2-phenylenediamine for purpose formation product color
intense with maximumwave length at 458 nm .The procedure circumstance were completely and perfectly .The
linearity is obeyed ( 0.1-11 ppm ) and Molar Absorptivities 2.933x104 l/mol cm.Sandll sensitivities was [ 0.008]µg/cm2,
Detection limit 0.0456 µg ml-1 with LOQ 0.1523µg ml-1. In a progression the examined method employed to
obtainable quantities of SDZ in a dosage forms .
