Simultaneous Assessment of Ebastine and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride Tablet form Dosage using Absorption Correction and Simultaneous Equation Techniques

Author: NAVEEN P, RAMAKRISHNAN V, DR. G. GANGA RAJU, DR K SUBBARAO
Abstract: A novel, accurate, simple, & sensitive UV - spectrophotometric ingestion rectification technique and concurrent condition strategy is produced for synchronous assurance of Phenylephrine & Ebastine HCL in bulk &in consolidated tablet dose structure. The methanol was utilized as solvent. The frequencies chose for assimilation correction strategy are 225 & 253 nm for Phenylephrine & Ebastine HCL individually and if there should arise an occurrence of concurrent condition technique the frequencies chose were 240 & 275 nm for Phenylephrine & Ebastine HCL correspondingly. The Beer's law complied with concentration extent of 4 – 40 µg/ml, for the two medications. The rate recuperation is discovered in extent of 100.51 - 101.40% for Phenylephrine HCL &100.42 - 101.27% for Ebastine. The established techniques were approved measurably and by recuperation examines. The % RSD value is discovered to be lower than 2. In this way, suggested strategies are precise, quick, easy, & economic might be effectively applied for synchronous assurance of Phenylephrine & Ebastine HCL in bulk and in joined tablet dose structure.
