Development of the medical industry in Russia in general through planning the activities of public health care institutions

Abstract: High-quality and affordable medical care is the main mission of any medical institution. The cost of such assistance depends on from the set of all resources, and also requirements established by regulatory acts, including state one’s standards, construction and sanitary norms, regulations for the provision of medical services. In the context of the development of a pandemic, the growth of viral, the introduction of bacterial and infectious diseases it is particularly significant to introduce into the clinical practice of new complex or unique treatment methods. Absolutely they are all resource-intensive treatments, but considering their effectiveness, they should be used in medical practice to increase quality growth life of humanity, which cannot be realized without the appropriate financings. Improving the quality and availability of medical services related to the problem of effective use of limited financial resources, material, information, labor and other resources of the medical organization. Thus, the issues that deserve special attention in this situation are problems planning the financing of medical institutions, namely reference points of possible transformation of planning in a budget medical organization that allows one to free up money to pay employees and additional purchases of medicines, which is especially important at the present stage.
